Practical Programmes That Change How People Think About — and Act On — Money
Most financial education tells you what to do. KPGH's programmes go deeper — exploring why you do what you do with money, and how to change the patterns that are holding you back.
Our training draws on behavioural science, neuroscience, family systems thinking, and over three decades of hands-on experience working with individuals, corporate teams, and multi-generational families. Every programme is designed for real-world application — not just classroom theory.

Understand why you make the financial decisions you do
Every person has a money personality — a set of ingrained beliefs, habits, and emotional responses that shape how they earn, spend, save, and invest. Most people have never examined theirs.
The Money Personality programme helps individuals and teams identify their financial behaviour patterns, understand where those patterns come from, and develop a personalised approach to money that actually works for them — not against them.
Delivered as workshops for corporate teams, or as individual coaching sessions.
* Conducted in Bahasa Melayu & English
Good financial habits and strong character — it's never too early, or too late, to build them
Most people were never taught how money actually works. Fintegrity addresses that — combining financial literacy with character building in a way that sticks, whether you are 8 years old or 48.
At the heart of the programme is the Fintegrity Board Game, where participants simulate earning, spending, saving, and investing — making real decisions with real consequences — while also earning points for integrity and values. The goal is not just to finish with the highest net worth. It is to do so with good character. Each session ends with a structured debrief where participants connect what happened in the game to real-life money behaviour.
Delivered as workshops and available for children aged 4 and above, adults across all ages, corporate teams, and community groups.
* Conducted in Bahasa Melayu & English
Financial planning made tangible — through play
Most people learn about money through trial and error in real life. The Wealth of Life Board Game lets you practise first — in a safe, engaging environment where the stakes are low but the lessons are real.
Created by licensed financial planners of WoLB PLT, it challenges players to manage cashflow, risk, investments and other financial-related life essentials while sharpening decision-making skills through real-life scenarios. Every round sparks conversation, surfaces assumptions, and builds the kind of financial confidence that sticks long after the game is packed away. By weaving fun into learning, the The Wealth of Life Board Game empowers participants to pursue life and financial goals with clarity.
Delivered as workshops and available for adults across all ages, school groups, and corporate team-building sessions.
* Conducted in English

Spark the fire for a flourishing life through our Life on Fire: IGNITE programme
Most women juggle multiple priorities in their life – work, family and others’ needs that leaves them little time for self-care and financial planning. Over time, this dims their “spark” for life and surrender important financial decisions in the hands of others.
The Life on Fire: IGNITE programme is a transformative programme that rejuvenates and refresh women through the experiential discovery of who they are, what is their life purpose and how to manage their finances to live a meaningful life.
The 2-day workshop is suitable for women from all walks of life, especially those who have basic financial management skills.
* Conducted in English

Family wealth & the Brain
Money is never just about money in a family. It carries emotion, history, power, and identity — and when those dynamics are left unexamined, they can quietly destroy relationships and erode wealth across generations.
This programme draws on neuroscience and family systems thinking to help families understand how the brain responds to wealth-related stress and conflict, why certain money behaviours repeat across generations, and what practical steps can interrupt those patterns before they cause lasting damage.
Our 3-day workshop provides families with the essential strategies needed to preserve their wealth and successfully navigate multi-generational inheritance.
* Conducted in English
